RE Real Food Pledge

Everyday Eating

Knowing what whole food is doesn't put dinner on the table. This collection is the practical side of the pledge: what to keep stocked, how to shop the store without decision fatigue, which convenience shortcuts are still real food, and how to cook from scratch on weeknights without turning your kitchen into a second job. Every guide here assumes a normal budget, a normal grocery store, and limited time. We favor flexible staples over rigid meal plans, and we're honest about which from-scratch swaps are worth the effort and which ones aren't — canned beans and frozen vegetables are whole foods too, and we'll never pretend otherwise.
