Real Food Defined

11/09/2013 By Caralee Leave a Comment

Healthy Food

You may be thinking… all the food I eat is real, what is this woman talking about? Hmmmm I may disagree with you, have you not googled what is inside a chicken nugget or what margarine is actually made of. If not I encourage you to do that, it is quite gross… and yes we all eat that stuff. Real food in my definition is food that nature provides for us, with as little processing as possible. It is food that our grandparents use to eat when they were children, it is health, fresh and usually doesn’t come in packets.

Real food includes:

  • Vegetables & Sea Vegetables
  • Fruit
  • Meats
  • Poultry
  • Fish & Seafood
  • Eggs
  • Nuts and Seeds
  • Unprocessed Dairy

The test really is ‘can I make this food in my kitchen’ or ‘do I know all the ingredients listed on the package’.

It really is quite simple, have better health, easily control your weight and feel amazing by eating only real food.
