These are a yummy summer treat that you can have in the freezer ready for afternoon tea. I love to create these on the weekends and have a delicious summer treat around the pool!
RASPBERRY & COCONUT POPSICLES

Ingredients
- 400 ml coconut cream
- 1¼ cups frozen raspberries
- 1 cup pineapple
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Blend together all of the ingredients except for ¼ cup of raspberries. Break up the ¼ cup of raspberries and place in the base of the popsicle moulds. Pour the coconut and raspberry mixture into the moulds and place in the freezer until frozen.
