You can have this amazing healthy snack ready to serve in only 2 1/2 minutes flat. I am not kidding! These kale chips taste wonderful and are very good for you. You could also use the kale chips to top a salad or meats. Get your kale on!
INGREDIENTS
1/2 bunch of kale
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Wash the kale & dry thoroughly
- Pull the leaves away from the stalk & break up into bite size bits
- Line a plate with paper hand towel
- Place the kale on the plate in a single layer
- Spray or brush on the oil sparingly
- Sprinkle with cracked sea salt
- Pop in the microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes
- ENJOY!
