You can mostly see red, but believe me that there is plenty of green in there to. This smoothy is a quick & easy on the run breakfast or mid day snack and it will keep you energised for hours. Just quietly, shhhhh, this smoothy is perfect healing a festive season hangover!
INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings)
1/2 cup frozen berries
10 cm cucumber
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 cups of coconut water
In a blender or food processor blend together all the ingredients. If you would like it a little runnier then add more coconut water to the mix and blend. Enjoy!

Hi Tracey. I don’t peel the cucumber because there is so much goodness in the skin. But you can if you don’t like it. 🙂
