Eat A Rainbow

The food you eat should be bright and colourful and I don’t mean artificially of course. Have you ever seen one of those shows on TV like the Biggest Looser where they take the contestants into their kitchen and lay out the food before them that they consume over the course of a week? If you have you will have the image in your etched into your head of the food that is laid out as colourless whites, browns and yellows. Rarely are there bright, beautiful, bold greens, reds and oranges in their very unhealthy diets.

Food should look appealing, bright and fresh. Real food is all of these things. Brightly coloured vegetables and fruits, beautiful translucent seafood and lovely red meats. Eat a rainbow, ditch white processed foods and be healthy. Full your body with nutrients and keep it real!
