Berry and Mint Smoothie
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 handful of fresh mint leaves
  • ½ cup of almond milk
  • ½ cup of coconut milk
  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender or food processor, and blend until the mixture is lump free.
  2. Top with fresh berries.
  3. SERVES 2
