Chia, Almond & Apple Bircher With Cinnamon

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tin of coconut milk
  • 1 red apple, grated
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons sultana's
  • 3 tablespoons sliced almonds
  • Pinch of salt
  • Extra grated apple, almond slices and sultana's (for optional garnish)
  1. Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl or jug and whisk until all the ingredients are combined.
  2. Pour the bircher mixture into four separate containers or jars,
  3. Place in the fridge over night.
  4. Before serving top with garish of freshly grated apple, sultana's and almond slices.
