<span data-mce-bogus="1" class="mceItemHidden">Cacao & Sultana Bliss Balls</span>

  • 1 cup raw cashew nuts
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup dried dates
  • 2 tablespoons of cacao powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
  • Dash vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup sultana's
  1. Place the cashews, coconut, dates, cacao powder and salt in the food processor and process until a fine crumble.
  2. Add the honey, coconut oil and vanilla extract and blend until combined.
  3. Place the mixture in a bowl and add the sultanas, mix through.
  4. With a teaspoon, roll out the balls.
  5. Place in the fridge until set.
