  • 500 grams beef mince
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 1 zucchini, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs
  • 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
  • 1 egg
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Fresh pineapple, sliced
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 beetroot, grated
  1. In a large bowl place the mince, diced onion, grated zucchini, crushed garlic, herbs, coconut aminos, egg and salt.
  2. Mix with a fork until combined, you can also use your hands to combine all of the ingredients.
  3. Form 4 meat patties with your hands.
  4. Heat a large pan over a medium heat, add the olive oil.
  5. Place the patties in the pan and turn after 5 minutes, brown the other side for a further 5 minutes.
  6. In another pan, fry the four eggs, leaving the yolks runny.
  7. On four plates, stack the lettuce, meat patty, egg, pineapple, carrot and beetroot.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
