Cacao Chia Seed Pudding

  • 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons of cacao or cocoa (cacao is less processed & better for you)
  • 2 tablespoons of cacao nibs
  • 1-2 tablespoons of honey (depending on how sweet you like it)
  1. Put all the ingredients in a large bowl & whisk until combined ensuring there are no cacao lumps.
  2. Pour into little glasses or just set in the bowl that you mix it in.
  3. Place in the fridge over night or for at least a couple of hours.
  4. Enjoy!
