Breakfast Challenge

24/08/2015 By Caralee 60 Comments

I am so excited to share with you one of the projects that I have been working on….. Introducing the 7 Day Breakfast Revolution!

So what is it? I totally get that not everybody wants to jump boots and all into a full on real food pledge lifestyle and that is can be daunting to get started even if you want to. So I have come up with an awesome idea, how about just changing one meal a day to create healthy new habits that will help you to live your best life.

Rhubarb and Strawberry

Why breakfast? I feel like breakfast can be a tricky meal when it comes to eating real food. Our Western culture tells us that breakfast consists of foods like toast and cereal, then on the weekend we have bacon and eggs with toast or pancakes for a special treat. I don’t know about you but back in the days when I would have toast or cereal for breakfast, I would be foraging around by about 10.30am for something else to eat, (usually something unhealthy) even if I had eaten loads only a couple of hours earlier!

It doesn’t have to be that way, we don’t have to eat processed foods that keep us craving more for breakfast, which is such an important meal of the day. How about a huge bowl of greens, healthy pancakes, avocado salsa with eggs or home-made granola. Foods that are delicious, nourishing and keep you energised well into lunch time.

Choclate Pancakes-4

So what is the 7 Day Breakfast Revolution? It is a mini challenge where I will send you an amazing recipe book with 7 awesome breakfast recipes along with a sprinkling of inspiration and I will show you how to enjoy a real food for breakfast. This could be the beginning of a lifestyle change for you or maybe it will help you to stay inspired on your real food journey.

I have loads of awesome recipes that I have developed especially for this challenge. I promise that the recipes are easy, delicious and varied… you won’t get bored.

Chia Pudding Bowl-1

Just by changing one meal a day you will feel energised and ready to rock the day out. The 7 Day Breakfast Revolution is going to be released in mid September, so get ready! I hope that you will love the idea and join me on the breakfast revolution… it’s free!

If you want to join me the challenge is now available right here. Sign up today!

I really struggle with breakfast, some mornings I have some broth or soup and every now and again I manage a chia pudding, but most of the time I skip breakfast but have little hourly snacks, like banana, almonds, or a slice of your banana chocolate or carrot loaf after 10am. I feel most comfortable eating after 10am. Maybe a breakfast challenge would help – so I am in.
