Smoothies are a fantastic option if you are like I am and always in a hurry in the mornings. If you are out of time, you can still eat a nutritious breakfast by whipping this recipe up in two minutes, and then you can drink it in the car on the way to work.
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 handful of fresh mint leaves
- ½ cup of almond milk
- ½ cup of coconut milk
- Place all the ingredients in the blender or food processor, and blend until the mixture is lump free.
- Top with fresh berries.
