Luckily for us, now that this Brazilian berry is so popular, there are many supermarkets and health food stores that stock frozen sachets. Açai berries are filled with incredible superfood properties and are perfect for breakfasts during the summer months.
Açai, banana & avocado bowl

Ingredients
- 200 grams frozen açai berries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1⁄2 avocado
- 1⁄2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1⁄4 cup water
- Fresh fruits, coconut flakes & nuts for decoration
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender, and whizz together. Pour the açai smoothie into two separate bowls, and decorate with fresh fruits, coconut flakes and nuts.
