This week I have been finalising the 7 Day Breakfast Revolution kit.
The idea behind the 7 Day Breakfast Revolution is that culturally most of us have been brought up with certain ideas about what breakfast food is. There are even entire isles at the supermaket dedicated to breakfast foods and realistically if we look a little closer, most of these foods are highly refined and full of things that we know we shouldn’t be eating, in particular these products are laden with loads of sugar and are not all that nutritious.
Thanks to everyone who has been in contact to give me your valuable feedback, I love hearing from you and I have learnt a lot about what you want and what you struggle with when it comes to breakfast.
The biggest thing that lots of you commented on was that you want your breakfasts to be quick, tasty and inexpensive. Some of you also said that you want new ideas and you don’t want eggs because you are sick of them. I totally get it, I want the same things! I am going to show you that real food breakfasts can be all of those things and more.
So I have come up with 7 amazing, delicious, easy and inexpensive breakfast ideas that I hope you are going to love!
Today I spent the day shooting videos for the Breakfast Revolution so that you can see how easy these breakfast recipes are to throw together in a hurry plus I chatted through some of my tips and ideas. I can’t wait to release these videos, they are going to be awesome!
The 7 Day Breakfast Revolution is free for you to join. Yay! Sign up here.
Hi All,
I would love to take part in the 7 day real food breakfast revolution, I will be 20 weeks pregnant the end of this week (05/09/2015) and am looking for some new real food inspiration.
Kind Regards Ashleigh.
P.S: I made your Salted Caramel & Chocolate slice for my husband recently (who doesnt like dates or the thought of dairy/gluten/sugar free) and he LOVED it! just thought i would share 🙂
Hi Ashleigh 🙂 Thanks for your message. I would love to have you join me for some healthy breakfast inspiration. I am so glad your husband loved the slice, who wouldn’t though, it is awesome and I don’t think that you can taste the dates at all. Good luck with the pregnancy, that is super exciting xx
