7 Day Breakfast Revolution Challenge

The breakfast challenge has kicked off to an amazing start! There have been thousands of you that have said YES to making healthy changes around how you do breakfast by downloading the breakfast challenge, which is so exciting!

The idea of the challenge is to help you either by encouraging you to change one meal a day to a healthier meal or by inspiring a few new ideas for breakfast, if you are already on the pathway of healthy eating.

I provide you with a breakfast meal plan for 7 days, recipes, tips and a shopping list. The recipes are designed for busy people just like me! You will not be slaving away in the kitchen for hours trying to get breakfast ready or shopping for impossibly difficult ingredients. I can assure you of that!

I have had lots of positive feedback about the challenge and lot of beautiful photos of all of your breakfasts! Thank you so much to everyone who has emailed me or left comments.

“Well I started the breaky revolution this week and so far its been awesome. I did struggle a bit with the salad on the first morning. Being so early (5.30am) its a little hard to get use to having salad at a different time of day. Also the amount is big in comparison to my usual grab and run protein shake or a banana.  What I found though, is that I’m not eating as much unhealthy food during the day especially after work as I’m not ravanis. So running to the bakery after work for a pie has stopped. Yay! Thank you so much it’s helped me to start my day off well and the ability to have a breakfast menu for the week is for me a very liberating new experience.

“Oh my gosh I have to say that I am LOVING the breakfast ideas and you’re absolutely right, they taste delicious!!  I prepared the chia & apple breakfast yesterday too, and I absolutely devoured the entire thing this morning!!  I feel so full and satisfied, as most mornings I can get quite hungry easily….I think this will last me until lunch time!
 
I am a regular oats, nuts, seeds & blueberries for breakfast each day, with a spinach banana smoothie for morning tea.  As I mentioned before, I still find myself quite hungry (as I’m quite active in training and sports) so was thinking I’m maybe not having enough to eat in the mornings, but didn’t know how to ‘change it up’ to still remain healthy & nutritious…. This has definitely revolutionised my breakfast routine!  I LOVE all the flavours!!  Thank you so much and I can not wait to try the chocolate pancakes and make the granola!!”
