5-Minute Hummus

If you are having friends over or going anywhere and need a dip in a hurry, this is the one. It is delicious and really easy to make in a flash!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup soaked or 1 can chickpeas
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • To top, dukkha, paprika & olive oil
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender or bullet and whizz until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and dukkha or paprika.
  2. This will make one bowl.

This is a super easy, nutrient rich snack that is paired perfectly with carrots, celery and crackers!

Try out this recipe with my sesame seed crackers, that are free from absolutely any nasties.  The perfect quick snack to whip up for yourself or for your barbecue nibbles during summer!
