- 1 cup soaked or 1 can chickpeas
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 clove garlic
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons water
- Salt & pepper to taste
- To top, dukkha, paprika & olive oil
- Place all the ingredients in a blender or bullet and whizz until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and dukkha or paprika.
- This will make one bowl.
